About the Ford Ranger 2.2 XLT FX4
The FX4 is our load-carrying specialist. It is a double cab 4x4 fitted with a full canopy, gullwing side windows for reaching in from either flank, and a lined load bed with a slide-out tray — so heavy or awkward cargo comes out to you instead of being climbed over.
That setup earns its keep on project work: equipment moves that need to be locked and dry, cross-border runs where cargo is inspected and repacked, survey and monitoring trips, and anything where a bare open bed would not do.
